We currently have some exciting opportunities for industrial placement students to join Caterpillar across several of our sites. You will have the opportunity to work with others across our organisation and you will be directly involved, and at the heart of our business, participating on strategic projects.

Please note that in order to be eligible to complete a 12 Month Industrial Placement commencing July 2026, you must be in your penultimate year of study unless enrolled in an integrated master's program.

Perkins Engines Aftermarket, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc, are responsible for the supply of the Aftermarket parts business, ensuring the global demand across the Distributors, Dealers, and other customer end users are satisfied. As part of the Power & Energy division of Caterpillar Inc, the Perkins Engines Aftermarket Procurement team are responsible to the sourcing of > 50,000 components for the diverse range of Perkins diesel and gas engines.

The Engine size ranges from 0.5 Litre to large 36 Litre Engines.
