Systems Engineer, Engineering Design & Technologists
As a Master Scheduler for the Türkiye Project Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the Türkiye Contract Organisation by developing, building, and maintaining the Türkiye Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You report directly to the TPO Project Control Manager and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world-class military aircraft program.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain the Türkiye IMS in line with BAE Systems standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal & external) and multi-functional teams to ensure all work scope is captured.
- Integrate supplier and subcontractor schedules into the overall program plan.
- Track progress against baseline schedules, identify variances, and recommend recovery actions.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Champion best practices in scheduling and planning processes.
- Provide visibility and actionable insights to meet customer commitments, including UK MoD and TMoND requirements.
- Proven experience in Master Scheduling.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders (internal & external and multi-functional).
- Professional PM Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Open Plan Professional (OPP) and MS Project.
- Understanding and analysis of Earned Value Management (EVM).

Compensationand Benefits
