Electronics Engineer

Mikrodust are experts in developing test and measurement systems optimized for electronics production and the company works with well-known customers around the world. We are looking for an electronics engineer for our office in Lund. You will be part of a competent team that is happy
to share their knowledge. The applicant will be a key member of our R&D team and is expected to play an important role regarding hardware development and hardware support in our venture for our product;
Ato Mik® Test System.

As an electronics engineer, you will work with designing, programming, testing and verifying products and measuring systems. You need to have an understanding of both hardware and software, and be able to handle PCB design, circuit diagram and system simulation with both analog and digital technology.

At Mikrodust, you get the chance to find elegant solutions to complex problems through innovative work. You have a basic understanding of instrument and measurement technology and have good experience of working in a project-driven business.

• PCB designer experience with good knowledge of electronics design and component selection.
• Good knowledge of using various electronic CAD systems where Altium experience is advantageous.
• Can work with adaptation of HW design according to fine mechanical conditions (in collaboration with mechanical engineers).
• Good understanding of EMC and methods to eliminate electronic interference.
• Basic knowledge of software in an embedded environment, with the ability to produce simpler software independently and/or together with the software team to validate functionality and design is an advantage.
• Education and bachelor ́s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or have equivalent work experience within electronics.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as we communicate with our customers in both languages.

Mikrodust AB started its journey in 2011 and today has around 20 employees at the office in Lund. The company has its focus area in the development and sale of advanced test fixtures for electronic production. The company develops these test fixtures, based on the proprietary Test & Measurement System Ato Mik®, to assist its customers with efficient and qualitative production tests.

The company also offers product development of e.g. wireless products. Mikrodust has the vision to become one of the leaders in Europe in the development, certification and production of unique and affordable test systems and is now in a “scale-up” investment.
