Digital Engineering Manager - Energy | Expression of Interest — at Stantec

The opportunity is to discuss future opportunities for an experienced Digital Engineering Manager (with BIM experience) to lead the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex Energy and Resources projects, including Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable, Waste & Generation projects, among others. The role focuses on developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing project execution, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and driving innovation in digital project delivery.

The Digital Engineering Manager will oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, and engage with senior stakeholders, focusing on project-specific digital deliverables and supporting implementation across the project lifecycle.

• Lead the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and BIM solutions for energy and resources projects.
• Develop and implement digital strategies and project execution plans.
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance across projects.
• Mentor project teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Manage project-specific digital deliverables and support deployment across the project lifecycle.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (or working towards) such as BIM Certifications, building
  
  SMART, PMP or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and managing EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC) and coordination platforms (Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI).
• Experience leading CDE setup, model federation, and clash detection workflows.
