  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable test solutions
  • Produce and maintain high‑quality technical documentation
  • Lead design reviews and support transition into production
Required Experience
  • Proven experience developing test solutions, not solely executing test programmes
  • Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuit design
  • Excellent hardware fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting and debugging system integration activities
  • Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation
  • Experience managing design handover into production environments
  • Test software development experience
Desirable Experience
  • Mentor Graphics schematic capture and PCB layout tools
  • PXI and LXI‑based test architectures
  • Measurement uncertainty and its application in test equipment validation
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW, NI CVI, NI Test Stand, or C#
  • Mixed‑signal circuit design experience
What’s on offer
  • Excellent salary and benefits package – including a generous welcome bonus!
  • Competitive relocation support package available for candidates moving closer to site
  • Condensed 4‑day working week (Monday–Thursday) – long 3‑day weekend every week
  • Contributory pension scheme with up to 10.5% company contribution
  • Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge aerospace and defence technologies
Security Clearance

Candidates must be eligible to undergo BPSS clearance, which requires a minimum of 3 years’ UK residency and satisfactory referencing.

This position is primarily site‑based within a test lab environment, therefore onsite working is required – compressed 4 day week available.
