SLR has a great opportunity for an experienced Principal or Technical Director to join its busy Acoustics and Vibration team to help play a lead role in the continued growth and development of this part of the business.

With 28 acousticians working across a number of offices including Nottingham, Exeter, Bristol, Bolton, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow, you will join with a great team to support you in project delivery, and great scope to make your mark on the business.

The Role

Joining as a Technical Director, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients/projects and help to manage and grow the technical team delivering these projects.

The team undertakes a range of environmental and buildings acoustics projects across a range of sectors, including Power (renewables - particularly windfarms), built environment, education, mining and quarrying and waste; and provide legislative and development planning advice to a wide range of clients; and we are seeking experienced professionals who can complement or potentially add to this breadth of expertise.

  • Leading/preparing/reviewing EIAs, ES's, Noise & Vibration chapters
