This is a great opportunity for people working in remediation, construction, environmental monitoring or engineering, or those ready for a new challenge, with training and support provided.

What you will be doing
  • Support the delivery of safe, high-quality remediation projects across the UK.
  • Assist with the deployment, commissioning and maintenance of specialist site equipment.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to understand how projects are delivered.
  • Supervise site activities and subcontractors, with guidance and support.
  • Build your technical knowledge and develop your career.
What you should bring to the role
  • Some experience in remediation, enabling works, construction, civils or a similar environment, with a basic understanding of remediation or engineering techniques.
  • Practical, hands‑on and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.
  • Organised and able to manage tasks, priorities and site activities effectively.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and take a proactive approach on site.
  • Confident in communicating with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
  • Qualification in Engineering, Environmental Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hold a CSCS card (SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial, or willingness to obtain).
  • Understanding of health & safety requirements and safe systems of work (e.g. COSHH, PUWER, LOLER – training can be provided).
  • Good IT skills and able to complete site records and documentation accurately.
  • Willing to travel across the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.
