Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) About The Role

We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex engineering problems—from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise becomes the benchmark for AI intelligence.

• Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains including circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance.
• Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step‑by‑step technical solutions and "golden responses" that serve as the learning benchmark for AI models.
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Evaluate AI‑generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, and others).
• Improve AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI logic, spot reasoning gaps, and deliver structured feedback that sharpens how models approach engineering problems.

• Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong foundational expertise in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or signal processing.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in written form.
• Highly detail‑oriented when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
• No prior AI experience required — your engineering knowledge is what matters.

• Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with engineering simulation tools or CAD software.
• Background in academic or industry research.
