- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Analyst.
- Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent for surveying.
- Hold the BOHS P403 and P404 for analytical work.
- Good understanding of UKAS and HSG guidelines.
- Flexible to travel with company needs.
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
- Undertake management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
- Collect ACM samples and fibre counting.
- Carry out re-inspection surveys.
- Carry out 4 stage clearances, including personal, smoke, reassurance, background and leak air testing.
- Attend a wide range of asbestos removal projects.
- Ensure works are completed within industry safety guidelines.
- Complete detailed technical reports.
- Answer technical queries from clients.
- Maintain personal technical knowledge.
