Dematic is seeking a Technical Specialist to join its Customer Services team in the UK. You will provide technical support alongside shift teams, carrying out robust fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance within the Dematic scope of contract on customer sites.
You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, and electronic faults, perform repairs, and maintain high service quality while ensuring KPI targets and close collaboration with customers and third-party contractors.
