Sweco is hiring a Graduate Engineer (Development Infrastructure) in Edinburgh as part of our November 2026 Early Careers Graduate Scheme. You will join the Infrastructure and Environment division, assisting development teams on civil infrastructure projects and working toward professional accreditation.
The two-year blended learning programme combines virtual and face-to-face modules, with mentoring from a Supervising Civil Engineer and a path to a permanent role with an industry standard salary
