The role will include:- Supportingour Building Surveying team on general project and surveyworks.
- Visitingsites and buildings, capturingsite data and liaising with senior colleagues to develop survey reports.
- Developing an understanding of Auto-cad and Revit tosupport withsurvey and design work.
- Representing the company values at all times,bringinga positive professional manner.
- Beingresponsible, self-motivated and working well with team members.
- Working towards achieving aBuilding
Surveyingdegree and subsequently Chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
You will need to meet the standard entry requirements of the University degree course, e.g aminimum of four SQA Highers at Grade BBCC (including Maths) plus Nat 5 English at
B.
Alternatively, you will have either:
- A Foundation Apprenticeship in a related discipline plus suitable academic qualifications
- A Modern Apprenticeship or college qualification in in a related discipline
- Sufficient recognition of prior learning (RPL) through industry-related experience, qualifications, and informal learning. RPL applications are considered on an individual basis
