I am seeking a Principal Metasurface Engineer to lead the design and fabrication of advanced metasurface devices operating in the visible range
.
The role spans electromagnetic modelling, device optimisation, nanofabrication and optical characterisation
, taking concepts from simulation through to working prototypes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in metasurface/nanophotonic design and visible-range optics.
- Expertise in RCWA, FDTD or equivalent modelling tools
. - Hands-on nanofabrication experience, including lithography, deposition and etching.
- Experience with optical characterisation and device optimisation
. - Proven ability to lead projects from design through fabrication and validation
. - Degree or equivalent experience in photonics, optics, physics or engineering
.
