CAF Rail UK is seeking a Performance Engineer to investigate safety, reliability and technical issues across vehicle fleets. You will analyse failures, review maintenance data, and work with the Maintenance and Project teams to implement improvements and engineering changes.
You will use data systems like GMAO and Lead Mind to build trend analyses, generate reports, and support warranty actions with suppliers. Occasional UK/Europe travel may be required.
