About the role
We are seeking a Graduate Project Manager to assist with the development and management of Surface Water separation schemes and trenchless rehabilitation programmes aimed at reducing inflows and infiltration within the sewage network.

What we will expect from you- To assist the Contract Manager / Project Manager and Contract Supervisors with:
- Support the development of feasibility studies for surface water separation schemes, helping to identify opportunities to reduce surface water entering the combined sewage network and minimise spill frequency
- Assist with the review and interpretation of catchment information, drainage records, sewer network data, survey outputs, asset information and site constraints to inform scheme development
- Carry out site visits and walkover surveys with the project team to understand existing drainage arrangements, potential separation opportunities, construction constraints and health and safety considerations
- Help develop and compare solution options, including surface water diversion, disconnection, attenuation, sustainable drainage features and associated civil engineering works
- Prepare sketches, mark-ups, drawings, photographs and technical notes to support feasibility reports and internal design reviews
- Work closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Designers, client representatives and supply chain partners to coordinate information and progress scheme development
- Assist in preparing concise reports, presentations and recommendations that clearly explain the proposed solution, key assumptions, constraints and next steps
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, meetings, design decisions and actions, ensuring project information is organised and available to the wider team
- Apply company procedures, health and safety requirements and environmental standards, while developing technical, commercial and project management skills through practical project experience

Qualifications- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- A vocational route i.e. BTEC HNC / HND qualification will still be considered
- Previous consultancy type work experience is beneficial but not essential
- This role is particularly suited to a graduate who is eager to learn and build their career
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career within civil engineering and construction
- Good technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
