Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer in Edinburgh to lead drainage-led infrastructure design, Flood Risk Assessments and planning support for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across Scotland. You will work with planners, environmental specialists and engineers from early appraisal to technical approval, contributing to environmentally focused schemes.
The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, UK consultancy experience in drainage, and proficiency with AutoCAD
