Company Exciting opportunity with a high profile global engineering company with offices in UK, EU & China. Well-established and respected company with large scale Projects for major clients. Our client has expanded and now requires a dedicated BD Lead / Manager for their Offshore Wind Engineering Consultancy.

We are currently fulfilling the role on behalf of the client. Role Responsibility for BD, Sales & Marketing for Offshore Wind Engineering Consultancy. Head up the Sales Function and develop sales strategy Business Development campaigns (in conjunction with marketing agency). Responsible for building relationships and growing accounts with existing clients and also winning new business bids. Attend E vents, webinars, content creation and getting involved with renewables.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, and strong decision-making abilities. Essential skills and experience Sales / Business Development Lead in energy / renewables engineering Background in engineering consultancy sales B2B Business Development processes and technologies. Ideally with Offshore Wind experience. Word Press, Hub Spot, Slack, Mailchimp and Teams. Advantage:
Background in Offshore Wind engineering with commercial knowledge Experience in offshore wind at either a contractor, consultancy or client.

Experience with offshore wind: any of energy companies, wind developers, designers, manufactures, suppliers, fabricators, support vessels, installation / construction contractors
