Field/Service Technician
Franke Group is seeking a Service Engineer based in Edinburgh or surrounding areas. You will provide technical support to customers, ensure reliability issues are resolved promptly, and report stock/training needs to the Regional Team Leader.
The role includes an on-call weekend rota and stock management at customer sites. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the coffee machine or vending industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with laptops
