As a Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement. You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll contribute to bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, focusing on enhancing customer excitement, driving business growth, and maintaining an exceptional casino experience for our customers.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence among your team, promoting high standards of customer service, and innovating gaming operations that excite and entertain guests.
• Oversee all gaming activities within the casino (table, electronic, poker).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and casino standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and customer excitement.
• Foster a culture of excellence and high standards of customer service.
• Innovate gaming operations to delight guests.
- Previous casino management experience with strong knowledge of all UK gaming activities and a proven record of achieving sales and yield targets.
- Current PML License.
- Proven track record of leading a team, communicating standards and targets, and delivering first‑class customer experiences.
- People‑focused leadership style, recognising team members and stakeholders for their individuality.
- Demonstrated ability to embody company values and correct behaviours that support our mission to be the most loved casinos in the UK.
- Experience conducting and recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
