Location: City of Edinburgh

Retail Team Leader – Edinburgh Airport

Location:

Edinburgh Airport.

Hours:

37.5 per week, shift work between 4am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. Salary: £30,030 per annum, pro rata plus a Travel Allowance of £1,800 annually.

Contract:

Permanent full‑time.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading, supporting and championing your team to deliver excellence every day.
  • Working towards KPIs and delivering on targets.
  • Reviewing the data to drive performance and continuous improvement while celebrating success together.
  • Ensuring the Bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, successfully passes internal audits, and operates to our business standard operating procedures.
  • Working in a fast‑paced environment delivering fantastic customer service, processing foreign‑exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
  • Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
  • Following company processes and paying attention to detail to keep everything on track.
