Metering and Billing Adviser

Join our Billing team, where you'll help manage the full billing cycle - from resolving suspended accounts to ensuring accurate, timely bills every time. You'll keep clear records, follow our processes, and provide excellent customer service with every interaction.

If you've got strong attention to detail, confidence using multiple systems, and experience supporting customers, you'll fit right in. You'll also be comfortable speaking with customers to keep them updated and drive their queries through to resolution.

• Starting salary £25,887, rising to £26,500 after training
• Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
• Monday - Friday, 9-5; no evenings or weekends
