A Receptionist is required for a full-time, temporary position based in Edinburgh, working at a site in St Andrews. The role offers £14 per hour and runs for an initial eight weeks, with a possible extension. Shifts are scheduled between 8am and 8pm, five days out of seven, including weekends. You will manage the front desk, welcome visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate sign-in logs.

The role also involves responding to on-site issues, including door lock queries, with complete training supplied. We are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Reception Assistant to join a busy residential/site team in St Andrews. This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident dealing with people, flexible with shift work, and comfortable responding to on-site issues when required. Full training will be provided for all compliance and safety-related duties.

• General reception desk duties

• Conducting Means of Escape walks to ensure fire exits remain clear
• Ad hoc cleaning and tidying duties around the property
