Location: City of Edinburgh
Trek Edinburgh is seeking a Service Lead to shape the service experience in-store. You’ll be the main contact for customers, delivering warmth, clarity, and confidence throughout every interaction.
You’ll lead your team with empathy, keep service orders organized, and ensure bikes are built and delivered with care. This is the operational spine of the store, empowering your team to deliver Trek’s hospitality and high standards daily.
