Eden Scott is supporting a leading financial services provider to recruit a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join their Private Client Accounting team
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong financial administration, or fund/FS operations experience who thrives in a high‑volume, detail‑driven environment.

Working within a multi‑jurisdictional Private Client team, you will support the delivery of high‑quality accounting and financial administration services for a large and complex portfolio of private client entities. These structures involve high‑value assets and require exceptional accuracy, client service, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, problem‑solving, and taking ownership over their workload, while also supporting junior colleagues and contributing to smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate Investment data across core systems including bank statements, transactions, valuations, and accounting records.
  • Complete detailed activities for private client entities, including manual and automated transaction entry.
  • Prepare and review trial balances, financial statements, and reporting packs.
  • Handle more complex accounting areas and entity structures with minimal oversight.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in regular client calls/meetings to review progress, discuss outstanding items, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Monitor and reconcile automated information outputs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Maintain a high standard of documentation and audit-ready records.
  • Support the team manager and provide guidance to junior team members.
Person Specification
  • Sound knowledge of financial administration experience — ideally within financial services, wealth management, funds,
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
  • Confident Excel skills and general IT proficiency
  • Strong analytical and numeracy ability
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet challenging deadlines
  • A proactive approach and confidence working independently
