Interim Accounts Assistant job with a technology company on a rolling contract basis in Edinburgh. You will support day-to-day finance operations within the organisation, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You will be available to start immediately or in the next few weeks on a hybrid basis.
Key responsibilities:- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in finance systems
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding any payment-related queries
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
- Prepare and process invoices
To apply, you will be an experienced Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant.
Salary:£30,000 or day rate equivalent.
