Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners and Directors as required.
  • Communicate with clients in the absence of the adviser.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Research and prepare client advice in conjunction with Financial Planners and Directors.
  • Prepare client reports and suitability letters.

  • Prepare client packs and paperwork prior to meetings.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Liaise with product providers to gather pension and investment information, and maintain client files.
  • Ensure advice is compliant and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on financial products and legislation.
  • Candidates should be experienced paraplanners or those developing within an adviser's office or provider. Strong experience with back-office systems and platforms, along with excellent report-writing skills, is essential.

As a close-knit and professional team, collaboration, sharing knowledge, and suggesting improvements are valued.

In return, they offer an excellent opportunity to develop your experience, further your career, and utilize your expertise. Benefits include an attractive package, hybrid working, study support, and the chance to join during a growth phase.
