Billing Analyst

The Position of Billing Analyst will report into the Finance Manager, and will be key to the effective running of the finance function. Working alongside a strong team.

The key components will be:

• Oversee client contract setup within Accounts Receivable, including onboarding, payment terms, PO management, and portal uploads.
• Manage invoicing for new and existing clients, including new sales, one-off charges, and contract renewals, ensuring accuracy across both automated and manual billing.
• Partner with account managers on bespoke invoicing needs and produce ad hoc reports for clients where required.
• Monitor and resolve invoicing issues, including PO compliance and reporting system errors in automated billing processes.
• Provide cross-team support across finance operations, including accounts queue management, cash allocation, credit notes, and ad hoc tasks.
