• Design multi-market payment channel frameworks:
  Identify optimal connectivity (banks, processors, local networks) to expand geographic reach
• Secure and manage C‑suite banking/processing relationships:
  Drive strategic alliances that create mutual growth opportunities
• Evaluate emerging tech impact:
  Propose AI‑driven routing, risk management, and compliance optimization initiatives
• Orchestrate full-cycle channel deployments:
  Align commercial, legal, and technical teams from contract to go‑live
• Provide strategic market insights:
  Analyze competitor infrastructure to guide investment and positioning decisions

• Built payment channel networks across multiple regions, navigating local infrastructure and compliance challenges
• Established banking/processing relationships in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, or Latin America
• Closed strategic payment partnerships at the executive level

• Background in crypto trading platforms, cross-border payments, fiat-crypto gateways, or enterprise payment systems
• Experience with correspondent banking relationships or fintech payment partnerships
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
