• Working Pattern:
Hybrid (at least two days a week, or 40% of time at office)

• Support all stages of model monitoring, from maintaining existing monitoring to developing new monitoring solutions for newly developed models.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Carry out analysis and provide data insights to stakeholders across Risk.
• Build and maintain Model Monitoring packs for commercial banking customers.
• Use SAS, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Work with Risk and Finance business partners to agree objectives of analytical projects and ensure regulatory and business requirements are met.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including governance and implementation teams, to deliver effective analytical solutions.

• Degree, preferably in a numerate/statistical discipline.
• Experience delivering predictive analytics in a regulatory or credit risk setting.
• Understanding of statistical modelling and interest in developing models such as regression or decision trees.
• Proficiency in a coding language—Python and SAS.
• Relevant transferable experience is encouraged.
