A well‑established boutique financial planning firm is seeking a Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner / Client Relationship Manager to support a Senior Financial Adviser within a close‑knit and highly professional environment.

• Holistic financial planning
• Advice over product sales

You will work alongside a Chartered MD, Senior Chartered Adviser, Client Manager and external paraplanning support within a collaborative team environment.

• Suitability report writing
• Experience with in financial planning
• Organised and personable
• Comfortable supporting advisers and clients directly
• Interested in long‑term progression within a boutique planning environment

The business is open‑minded regarding the seniority of report writing experience, as external support is already utilised for highly technical work.

Although not a trainee adviser role, the successful individual will be supported towards Chartered status, which is viewed internally as a prerequisite to becoming an adviser within the business.

The office remains the main place of work as the business values collaboration and culture, however flexibility is offered where genuinely needed. No rigid “3 days in, 2 days out” policies.
