Finance Business Partner

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner with the strategic mindset, commercial sharpness and business partnering strength to drive financial performance, enhance cost discipline and influence decision‑making across the organisation.

This is a high‑impact role partnering with senior leaders and operational teams, where you will turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes both operational delivery and long‑term strategy.

• Build trusted relationships across the organisation and challenge constructively to embed financial thinking in key decisions.
• Step into strategic conversations, ask the right questions and challenge the status quo to help the organisation make better, more informed choices.
• Lead the identification of cost‑saving opportunities, analyse cost trends, challenge assumptions and provide insightful commentary that drives accountability.
• Develop and maintain robust cost models, support scenario planning and embed a culture of disciplined, value‑driven financial management.
• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring financial plans are accurate, aligned and delivered with clarity.
• Play a key role in month‑end, strengthen governance and controls, and contribute to wider transformation and improvement initiatives.

• Qualified accountant: ACCA, CIMA, CA, or ACA.
• Strong experience in business partnering, cost management and financial analysis within a large or complex organisation.
• Strategic mindset and confidence to challenge constructively.
• Capacity to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
• Strong modelling capability, commercial curiosity, and ability to build trusted relationships.
