Thomson LRC is seeking a qualified Associate/Senior Associate to join their Restructuring and Insolvency team in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with the option of hybrid working. The successful candidate will manage distressed M&A and advise on insolvency processes, ensuring compliance while protecting client interests.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in insolvency law, strong knowledge of insolvency legislation, and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary and flexible working approach are on offer.
