We’re looking for a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk Reporting team within Banking Risk at Tesco Bank. This role is focused on supporting the integration of Tesco Bank with Barclays, attending meetings, discussing and assessing requirements, and delivering data and reporting solutions among other activities.

• Experience of working with Credit Risk data and reports
• Strong Data Management skills – Able to acquire, organize, and process data to fulfil business objectives
• Strong Analytical skills – Able to analyse data from multiple sources, draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations
• Strong Reporting skills – Able to review, understand, explain and create complex reports
• Strong Communication skills – Able to manage stakeholders and clearly communicate issues, challenges and considerations
• Strong SAS/SQL Programming skills and experience
• Strong Excel skills

• Experience in Data Migration projects
• Experience in a Banking/Risk environment
• Change mindset – Able to replan and execute evolving activities during times of change
• Planning and Organising skills – Able to work independently and without supervision to organize and prioritise activities to efficiently deliver business actions and objectives
