We are looking for an accountable and motivated Personal Tax Manager to join our team.

What you will do

• Leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients.
• Managing client relationships day to day and providing ad-hoc advice where connected to compliance services.
• Delivering personal tax advisory assignments as a member of multi-disciplinary advisory groups.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
• Coaching and developing junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters.
• Collectively leading compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency as part of the tax management team.
• Playing a key role in driving, creating and maintaining a positive team culture.

What we are looking for

• Alignment with CT’s purpose and values.
• Demonstrated expertise in personal tax: application of subject‑matter expertise to provide high‑quality service to clients with complex compliance needs and advisory matters.
• Relevant management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to clients.
• Desirable qualifications such as ATT, CTA, or CA, though not essential if you have relevant experience.
