This is a unique opportunity offering a client-facing role, positioned in the heart of Edinburgh, where you will act as a key point of contact for customers—using your financial knowledge and systems experience to support and resolve a range of queries.

Role OverviewThis is a highly client‑facing position, combining your finance knowledge—whether gained through a degree or hands‑on experience—with customer interaction to help solve real‑world problems. Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Supporting clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide guidance on accounting processes, leveraging your financial knowledge
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients
- Deliver bespoke training sessions to new and existing users
- Test new system features and contribute feedback to support continuous improvement
We are keen to speak with individuals who have a background in finance. This may include:
- Graduates with an Accountancy & Finance degree
- Individuals with experience in a Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant role
Strong communication skills are essential, as this role is significantly more client‑facing than traditional finance positions.
Key Skills & Experience- Previous experience in a finance‑related role (or relevant academic background)
- Good understanding of month‑end processes
- Experience using accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, Quick Books or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
