Salary: £30,132.00 to £38,293.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Contractual hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

In this role, you’ll be a vital member of our Finance team. Key actions include managing the purchase ledger, reconciling bank accounts, supporting Scottish Government Shared Equity Schemes, ensuring Shared Equity documentation is complete for grant payments, posting transactions to the purchase ledger, handling internet banking payments efficiently, updating Shared Equity records on spreadsheets, streamlining documentation through the File Stream system, and reconciling Shared Equity transactions.

• Educated to standard grade level or equivalent (including English and Maths).
• Experience of purchase ledger and knowledge of financial systems software.
• Relevant administrative support experience and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proven basic accounting experience and high standard of IT literacy; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
• Accuracy in posting/keying transactions under pressure and ability to work within tight timescales to meet deadlines.
