Location: City of Edinburgh
Nat West Group’s Mettle onboarding team seeks a proactive Customer Due Diligence Analyst to review new account applications, assess risk, and ensure compliance with KYC/KYB standards. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on economic crime prevention and customer protection.
You will collaborate with the Boxed banking services and other teams to maintain risk appetite, escalate when needed, and contribute to efficient customer reviews and accurate record-keeping.
