• Design, manage, and support the R2R Global Process Model (GPM) across Unilever, ensuring compliance, running the annual GPM compliance cycle, mitigating non‑compliance, and addressing exceptions through process and technology solutions.
• Refresh and maintain the R2R GPM on the agreed frequency.
• Lead and participate in process improvement projects, including major transformation programs such as entity restructures, Blackline or other system implementations, and initiatives led by global functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to maximize return on existing assets and integrate new business processes and acquisitions into the Intercompany and Central Function Allocations area.
• Create and maintain process & control knowledge for the Intercompany and Central Function Allocations area, ensuring it is available to the Commercial Experience organization and keeping it updated with emerging process and digital technology trends.
• Drive performance management for the end‑to‑end Intercompany/Central Function Allocations process:
  • Monitor intercompany overdue, perform root‑cause analysis for non‑payment, and work with cross‑functional teams (S2P, O2C, SCFS, OC and Controllers) to reduce overdue.

    PSP Intercompany Hub’s performance and KPIs, ensuring overdue and unmatched balances stay within thresholds.
  • Report IC balances to GCAD, Treasury, Tax and Com Ex leadership.
  • Coordinate across teams in countries, market operations and third‑party service providers to resolve intercompany issues.
  • Work with planning teams to identify root causes for GR approval delays and payment term revisions.
  • Lead change management on integration or demerger projects and govern country finance teams to ensure intercompany overdue settlement.
  • Analyze loss tree and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets and functions to deliver legal and fiscal initiatives.

• CA with 2‑4 years of experience, or MBA (Finance) with 8‑12 years in intercompany, controllership, or finance operations in a multinational environment (FMCG preferred).
• Experience in intercompany processes is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the 3‑way match process and payment interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience monitoring automated invoice posting processes.
• Prior experience working in a multi‑cultural environment with a track record of excellent service delivery and crisis management.
• End‑user knowledge of SAP and awareness of Power BI and workflow management tools.
• Proficiency in collecting, querying, and consolidating information from accounting/ERP systems.
