  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned employer clients, build trusted relationships and manage expectations.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Mercer to identify, profile and convert new opportunities and to manage smooth handoffs and referrals.
  • Deliver engaging workshops and clinics across a range of financial topics, tailored to diverse work forces and career stages (virtual and in‑person).

  • Support the development of colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of the proposition.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering workplace financial education and engagement programmes.
  • Track record of managing a client portfolio and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Strong workshop and virtual presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse employee audiences.
  • Excellent client service, stakeholder management and consultative skills (questioning, listening, handling objections).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contractual commitments concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable maintaining records and MI on core systems.

What makes you stand out:

  • Progress toward‑or already attained Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills, and experience converting engagement into commercial outcomes.
  • Experience identifying referrals to regulated financial advice and collaborating with advisory teams.
  • Multiregional client experience and familiarity with employer benefits landscapes across the UK.
Why join our team:
  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well‑being.
