Chief Financial Officer – Edinburgh
Private Equity‑Backed Multi‑Site Services Group | c.£20m Turnover | c.£3m EBITDA
An ambitious, PE‑backed multi‑site services business is seeking a commercially astute CFO to join its senior leadership team in Edinburgh.
Key Accountabilities- Own the finance function end‑to‑end: statutory and management reporting, cash and working capital management, board and investor reporting, and financial planning across a multi‑site operating model.
- Drive operational efficiency, support M&A and buy‑and‑build activity, and prepare the business for its next value‑creation milestone, potentially including exit.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven PE‑backed or private equity‑facing experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and credibility to influence at board level.
- Ability to shape strategy and deliver significant value in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
