About the Role

As a Trust Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running and continued success of the Trust. Based in Edinburgh with a blended working approach, this permanent position offers variety and impact across finance, operations, communications and funding. You will be a central point of coordination, taking ownership of processes, improving ways of working and supporting relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track the Trust’s finances, including monitoring budgets, processing payments and supporting audit requirements
  • Coordinate funding processes, including application screening, maintaining records and tracking deadlines to ensure timely delivery
  • Support communications activity such as social media, newsletters and website administration to promote the Trust’s work
  • Maintain governance and operational processes, including policy updates, board meeting coordination and accurate record keeping
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, taking a proactive approach to problem solving across the team
  • Support funding and partnership activity through due diligence, information gathering, contract management and monitoring of key actions, risks and obligations
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across Aberdeen Group and external funding partners, acting as a key point of coordination for Trust activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, governance and reporting
  • Coordinate and deliver multiple projects and work streams simultaneously, ensuring priorities, deadlines and strategic objectives are achieved
