abrdn is seeking a Finance Analyst, Reward and Governance in Edinburgh. The role supports accounting, forecasting and governance of variable remuneration and share-based plans, partnering with Reward, HR and Technical Accounting teams.
The successful candidate will apply technical accounting expertise and robust controls to provide analysis for Rem Co decision-making and maintain governance over LTIPs and related schemes.
