Finance Manager (Part-time) 12-Month FTC

A growing consultancy needs someone to take the finance function and make it their own. This is a part-time Finance Manager role on a 12-month fixed term contract, built for someone who wants ownership without the politics.

You'll run the day-to-day finance operations and become the person colleagues across the business turn to when they need something sorted properly.

You'll keep the finance engine running smoothly, from supplier invoices to year-end documentation, and bring the kind of attention to detail that catches problems before they become problems.

• Process supplier invoices, staff expenses and payments with speed and accuracy.
• Manage bank updates and reconciliations, keeping the numbers clean and current.
• Prepare monthly client invoices, journals, reconciliations and analysis.
• Support payroll, pensions, budgeting and year-end documentation.
• Deliver ad-hoc cost and overhead analysis that helps the business make better decisions.
• Handle transactions for a small international subsidiary, adding a genuinely international dimension to the role.

• Experience using Quick Books and strong skills in Excel.
• A track record of managing deadlines independently.
• A genuine interest in improving processes, not just maintaining them.
