Lead Specialist - Accounts Payable​/Receivable

Responsibilities:

• Professionals in this group are required to perform simple straight forward task with defined parameters.
• They perform regular standard tasks of General Accounting function such as recording recurring Journal entries, booking revenues and costs. There is limited amount of decision making in the entire process, and limited complexity to manage.
• Incumbents at this level are specialist Para-Professional with broad/ advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
• They have broad experience but may not have a professional qualification.
• They work under limited supervision for non-routine situations and are responsible for leading daily operations.
• They deal with problems that are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.
• They train, delegate and review work of lower level employees.

Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent and minimum of 8 years of experience.
