We are supporting an established in-house tax team looking at making a corporate tax hire. This role is aimed at an individual who has recently completed their ACA/CTA (or equivalent). We'd also be open to those who have a couple of years post qualification experience.
The role has a corporate tax compliance focus but, will allow you training/exposure across VAT, transfer pricing and ad-hoc project work.
The role:- Corporate tax compliance oversight - UK and Ireland
- Quarterly instalment payment calculation
- VAT compliance support
- Work closely with external advisors and HMRC - ensuring a strong relationship
- PAYE settlement calculations
- Support with process improvement and implementation of tax technology/AI
- Monitor changes to tax legislation and support the team with any changes needed
- Practice trained - this is an ideal first move in-house
- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualified - preferred but, not a must
- Strong corporate tax compliance experience
- Desire to learn/become involved in new areas of tax and project work (with support)
