Russam Gms is seeking a Fractional Head of Finance for the Payments/Fintech sector to guide FCA licence efforts and strategic financial leadership. The role starts with 1–2 days per week and may develop into a longer-term fractional engagement.
You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial controls, working with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Risk to enable growth in a regulated environment.
