You may also be given the opportunity to support one of our specialist teams in areas such as Responsible Investment, Multi-Asset, Fixed Income, Alternatives or Client Reporting.

We will rely on you to:
  • Support Client Managers and Consultant Directors with client communications including PowerPoint meeting decks, strategy changes, asset class manager and structure changes, market updates, monthly client dashboards and other materials.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements ensuring excellent client service. Build relationships with other client team members and other teams across the business.
  • Be proactive in managing client and project work streams to ensure that we are delivering to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain and check technical accuracy, reasonableness of own work and that of others.
What you need to have:
  • Core technical skills, including an understanding of investment markets and asset classes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for outcomes, delivering high-quality work consistently.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to take on complex analysis.
  • Effective listening skills, strong communication and organisational skills, and a client focus to engage with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, share ideas and present persuasive arguments.
  • An eye for process improvements and desire to implement efficiency enhancements using Artificial Intelligence where appropriate.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills; the ability to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks.
What makes you stand out:
  • Four or more years of investment industry experience.
  • Experience working with institutional investors, including pension schemes, insurers, wealth managers, endowments, or foundations.

  • Strong interest in leveraging data and AI technologies within investment processes.
  • Progress towards, or completion of, a professional investment qualification such as CFA or equivalent.
  • Strong project management and ownership capabilities, with demonstrated ability to lead delivery end-to-end.
Why join our team:
  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
