Hampden Bank is seeking a senior leader to head its 2
LoD Financial Crime function and serve as MLRO and Nominated Officer. You will oversee AML/CTF oversight, regulatory contacts, and the development of risk frameworks while guiding the team to protect clients and the bank.
The role combines strategic leadership with oversight of key controls, governance, and external engagement, in a hybrid working environment with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.
