You’ll build a broad understanding of our customers, products, propositions and commercial strategy while developing skills that will support your long-term career.

During your rotations, you could use customer insight and data to identify opportunities for improvement, support projects that influence future products and propositions, help improve customer experiences and journeys, contribute to strategic decisions that shape our business, work across teams and generate insights that support senior decision-making. Most importantly, you’ll help us deliver better outcomes for customers while gaining exposure to the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of financial services.
