Savant is an established and growing financial planning business looking to recruit a talented and ambitious graduate to join their team in Aberdeenshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong academic background who is looking to build a long-term career within Financial Services. The role offers a structured development pathway, full support for professional qualifications, and the chance to learn directly from a Chartered Adviser.

Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into Mortgage Advice and potentially Wealth Advice, making this an ideal role for someone with ambition and a desire to develop their expertise.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in graduates with a degree in:

  • Law
  • Business
  • Accounting
  • Finance or a related discipline

Candidates should ideally have achieved strong academic results and possess:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A genuine interest in Financial Services and Wealth Management
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally

A full driving licence would be advantageous due to the rural nature of the area and client-focused nature of the business.

The Role

As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator, you will:

  • Support advisers with client administration and servicing
  • Assist with the preparation of client documentation and reports
  • Liaise with providers and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Learn the financial planning and mortgage advice process
  • Support the wider advisory team with day-to-day client activities
  • Begin working towards relevant industry qualifications

£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary for candidates with the potential to progress into Wealth Advice
